Alberta Beef Tallow Infused with Alberta Rosemary and Oregano
Slowly under low heat,
this Alberta Tallow has taken on the flavour and magic
of Locally grown Rosemary and Oregano.
Beef is grass fed and finished in Central Alberta
No Hormones, Vaccines or Antibiotics
Herbs were grown in a Greenhouse in Central Alberta
without pesticides
IN SOIL beside tomatoes, carrots and other herbs.
2 Ounces of Beef Tallow
Infused and Topped with Herbs
Try Roasted Potatoes in Herbed Tallow:
Heat oven to 425 degrees
Pre-heat dutch oven or glass baking dish
2 ounces Herbed Tallow - Melt in heated dish
(optional: add crushed garlic)
6 to 8 cups Potatoes - Cut to 1.5 inch-ish cubes
Coat Potato Cubes in Melted Herbed Tallow
Spread into single layer
Roast 45 to 60 minutes, turning every 10 minutes
Use wherever you would normally use regular tallow, lard, butter.
For roasting, frying and even baking.
MMMMMMmmmmm... try herb tallow biscuits with raw butter.
